Online Beer Store - FAQ

  • The store is open 7 days a week. Any orders place Monday-Wednesday are guaranteed to ship the next day. All orders from Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday. We want to make sure your beer arrives as fresh as possible!

  • Due to state laws: we can ship up to 27 gallons of beer, per year, per customer. Any orders over the yearly limit will be cancelled.

  • We currently only ship within the state of NH. We are taking steps to grow shipping into other states.

  • Orders placed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday will be packaged and shipped the next day. Any orders placed Thursday thru Sunday will be packaged and shipped on Monday, to ensure freshness.

  • Unfortunately, we will not be accepting beer returns.

  • We will do everything possible to prevent this from happening. However, we understand that eventually it will. Please take a picture of the box and the beer as it arrived and send an email to jim@kettleheadbrewing.com. Include your order number in the email title. We will issue a refund on each one of the damaged beers.

  • Once your order is placed it has already started processing. We get several orders per day and work hard to get them out as quickly as possible. Please make sure you examine your order thoroughly before placing it. It may be possible to cancel if you reach out to us as soon as possible after placing the order. Send an email to jim@kettleheadbrewing.com and we will do our best to cancel the order. After 5pm on Friday we will no longer be able to cancel any orders.

  • We have a minimum order of (3) four-packs. Shipping is free!

  • YES! Can you think of a better birthday, anniversary or wedding present? Just make sure that you are sending it to a NH residential address, and we will make it happen!
