The Kettlehead Crew wants to thank everyone who has been following us on Facebook and continues to "Like" our beer and construction progress pics! We appreciate your interest in our craft beer and look forward to the day we finally get to serve Tilton, NH some amazing brews.
We started a blog so that our loyal fans can stay informed in the coming months on all the progress happening at the brewery and when we hope to open.
Sam Morrissette and Nate Wolfenden have recently started small test batches on their pilot system in Tilton. This is the equipment they have been using for home brewing. We are currently pending approval of our brewing licenses from both federal and state Government. Once all permits are acquired, we will be allowed to make full use of our 7 barrel brew house. In the mean time there is plenty of work to be done cleaning up the equipment, ordering parts, brewing test batches, preparing the kitchen, and planning a menu.
Bill Coulter has been leading the way with all construction needs. He's helping us to design and build a relaxed, social, fun environment where people can come to enjoy hand crafted beer and delicious food.
Caily Wolfenden will be bringing her culinary creations to the Kettlehead Kitchen. She's working on connecting with local farms and designing a small menu featuring our beer and food grown right in New Hampshire & New England.
We want to thank our family, friends and future customers for all the support and help during this construction and planning phase.
When the next phase of brewing begins in our 7 barrel system, we will be sure to keep you informed and let everyone know a possible opening day. Until then, we'll be piecing together the details to make Kettlehead Brewing Co. your go to spot for local craft beer!
